Lovely apartment Emil Zora A6 is located in Ruskamen, county Lokva Rogoznica, near the town of Omiš.
It is a part of an apartment complex and the apartment itself can accommodate up to 5 persons. It has two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has an exit to the balcony with a sea view - perfect spot for enjoying in a meal or a warm summer evening in Dalmatia, and a bathroom with a shower.
In the main living space, you can find a well enquiped kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, water kettle, stove, etc.).
Next to the kitchen, there's a dining room and a living room with a seating area and a TV.
The sofa can be used as additional bed for extra guests.
Outside, there's a shared garden with a shared pool and a BBQ at the guests' disposal.
Private parking is at your disposal.
The swimming pool is only in use from April 15th to October 15th.

Lokva Rogoznica is a small village located 10-kilometers from the town of Omiš following the main road to Makarska. The local population engages in cattle breeding, fishery, agriculture and vinegrowing. Lokva Rogoznica is situated at the foot of the mountain and provides the perfect environment for rest and relaxation. Above the main road is an old village made up of antique stone houses which has become a favorite picnic destination. Along the coast there are beautiful sand and pebble beaches with a clear sea and partly protected with pine trees under which you can enjoy the shade. Visit Lokva Rogoznica in August during the "Fisherman's night", one of the most famous events of the summer featuring various types of entertainment. Visit the church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the church of St. Kuzma and Damian and the church of St. Vid and get acquainted with at least a small part of the history of this town. Sports and recreation fans can enjoy surfing, sailing, water skiing, rafting on the Cetina river, speed boating, or you can rent a scooter, kayak, boat, pedal boat or a jet ski. The city provides an atmosphere for a family vacation, while the younger generations can find more activities in the surrounding cities - Omiš, Split and Makarska.

This location was awsome. We have spent a perfect holiday in a quality apartment, very clean with eveything to spend good time. The pool was specially appreciated at the end of the day. But for us, the best is the breakfast on the balcony with the view of the Adriatic sea.The location is well locate...

Toll fanden wir die kurze Entfernung zum Meer. Die Stadt Omis war nur nur wenige km entfernt und schön zum Bummel und einiges zum anschauen. Hausbesitzer sehr gastfreundlich.
Wohnung sehr klein, Sitzecke in „Küche“ ca.2qm …. Nachbarwohnung sehr hellhörig, man denkt sie stehen im eigenen Zimmer. Foto zeigt nur kleinen Ausschnitt vom Haus+Richtung Meer aber nicht, dass es inmitten mehrerer Häuser steht.
