Apartment Punta B N5 is located in the quiet northern part of Poreč, called Mali Maj, is located on the first floor of this apartment house and can accommodate up to six people.
This spacious apartment consists of two bedrooms - equipped with double beds and a main living area and a large bathroom with a bathtub. In the main living area you can find a fully equipped modern kitchen with all necessary cooking appliances and kitchen utensils. On the other side of the room, there is a cozy living room with a sofa and a TV. In the middle is a dining area. The main area is air-conditioned.
Outside there is a spacious private balcony with seating and a sea view. The most famous Poreč beach, Materada, is only 750m away. Parking is free of charge, located on the street. Pets are allowed for a fee.

Apartment house Berkovic is located in village Mali Maj. Mali Maj is the northernmost part of the town of Poreč, which is marked by a series of private houses. It is located 2,5 km from the downtown and 5 minutes by foot from the closest beach. Next to the area of Mali Maj there is an area called Špadići which consists of a shops and several hotels, restaurants, pizzerias, cafes and sports facilities. The area of Špadići is also well connected to the Poreč city center with a tourist train that runs the famous town promenade Pical. Poreč is a tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches.
