Modernly furnished apartment Amela is located in the center of the city Poreč, and it can accommodate up to three persons.
It is situated on the ground floor.
It consists of a double bed bedroom, a bathroom with a washing machine and a shower, and the main living area.
In the spacious main area, you can find a comfortable living area with a TV, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with the kitchen utensils and all the necessary modern cooking appliances such as a stove and an oven, a refrigerator and a freezer, a coffee machine and a water kettle, etc.
The couch can be used as an additional bed for the third guest.
The main area is fully air-conditioned.
From the dining area, you can exit to the terrace with a seating furniture in the shadow of pines and a parasol.
You can also use a BBQ grill situated in the garden.

The area Cimizin is situated close to the storical centre and the beaches of Porec. During the hot summer days this area is ideal for family vacations but also for young persons and in spring and autumn it can be the perfect place for relaxing vacations for elderly generations. People can enjoy bike rides, nice walks, peaceful evenings and pleasant days. Family houses, nice buildings and houses on one level are mostly made with gardens and are about 500 m distance from the old town. The accommodation here is made compact and comfortable, with pleasant terraces and balconies and private parking. The area is perfect for those who want to enjoy hot summer, beautiful beaches and storical streets and in the same time have its own privacy and peace. All the summer activities and the old town are ten minutes by foot from here.

Wir waren mit unserer kleinen Tochter dort. Die wohnung ist frisch renoviert. Daher in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Räume sind groß. Es gibt eine eigene Terrasse auf der man komplett ungestört ist. In ca. 10. Min. erreicht man das Stadtzentrum. Wir können diese Wohnung au jeden Fall empehlen!!

We stayed 3 nights in the apartment and really enjoyed our stay. The owner of the apartment is really nice and everything was very clean. It's in general very pretty and clean inside and you're very close to the centre of the city and the sea. We would definitely come back, if we go to porec again! Reisezeitraum: September 2018
