The newly renovated apartment Majic is located on the ground floor and for sure you will like its many details, and of course its position - not far from shops, restaurants and ten minutes from the beach on foot.
It consists of an equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa bed for two additional persons, and a bedroom with a double bed.
The bathroom has a shower.
The bedroom opens to a furnished terrace with a garden for personal use, which is equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture where the guests can enjoy relaxed conversations late into the night.
Bed linen and towels are provided, and air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV are available and included in the rental price.
Private parking is provided in front of the house. This nicely furnished apartmet is perfect for spending a pleasant holiday with family or friends, and exploring all of the natural and historical beauties Porec and Istria have to offer.

Madonna del Monte is a part of the town of Porec, 600 away from the city center and the crowd. It is located east of the city center, and it's characterized by a number of private houses and pine trees, which in the summer months protects against extreme heat. A leisurely stroll will take you to the beaches in just 10-15 minutes. There are large supermarkets such as Lidl, Kaufland and Konzum. The area is suitable for families who want a peaceful holiday, away from the city crowd, but still close to the city center and the beaches. The area has a few small parks for children, a laundry service, car wash, a church, several bars and restaurants.

Unsere Reise nach Porec war ein voller Erfolg.Von der Schlüsselübergabe mit grosser Freundlichkeit bis zur gut gelegenen Fewo war alles Bestens.Die Fewo war top eingerichtet und sehr sauber.Die Vermieter äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.Herzlichen Dank an alle Beteiligten! Sehr schönes Appartment mit Garten und Grill. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Sehr nett war auch, dass eine Flasche Wein und frisches Obst bei unserer Ankunft am Tisch stand. Am vorletzen Tag, kam der Vermieter und brachte uns noch eine Flasche selbstgemachten Schnaps.Der Fussweg in die Altstadt dauert ca. 10-15 min. September 2019

Schönes Apartment in guter Lage. Etwa 10 Minuten ins Zentrum der Altstadt und 20 Minuten zum Strand zu Fuß. Supermarkt unmittelbar beim Apartment. Sehr sauber und Kommunikation unkompliziert. Von der Lage her sehr ruhig in einer Wohngegend. Jederzeit wieder! Mai, 2019
