Casa nel complesso decente ma con tante piccole cose da cambiare. Il materasso del divano letto lercio e vecchio, il ventilatore pieno di polvere ecc.
Sinceramente per quello che uno paga il WiFi come minimo potrebbe essere free. Poi, considerando che c'è solo una stanza che da fuori, far pagare l'aria condizionata potrebbe essere rivalutato.

Casa spaziosa, foto fedeli, ristrutturata (bagno, impianto elettrico, serramenti, porta blindata, bagno, lavatrice).
PRO: spaziosa, a 30 metri dal mare, nel centro storico, comodo ripostiglio, A/C in soggiorno, wi-fi OTTIMO, tempestività di risposta del referente buona.
