Wifi (fibre). Chauffage PAC + poêle à bois. Climatisation. Rdc : séjour-cuisine-salon, salle d’eau (douche), Wc indépendant. 1er étage : 2 chambres (1 lit 2 p. 160x200cm / 3 lits 1 p. 90x190cm) dont une avec salle de bain privative (baignoire), Wc indépendant. Balcon-terrasse + jardin (400m²) + parking privés. Supérette 5 km. Commerces dont mini supermarché à 10 km.
Soothing haven of peace and quiet in a sublime "postcard setting"! Sumptuous panorama and landscapes, just a stone's throw from the "wildlife"! Charming traditional 19th century sheepfold carefully revisited as a gentle holiday resort - nestled in a panoramic "belvedere" on the hillside on a south-facing slope - located in the heart of the Haut-Clunisois countryside, in the heart of the meadows at the edge of the woods, 12 km from the charming, typical, commercial village of Matour, labeled "Green Holiday Resort" (equipped with a mini supermarket, numerous amenities, and a remarkable level of sports and leisure facilities) and 17 km from the illustrious abbey city of Cluny, which has the prestigious "European Heritage" label. Absolute tranquility, in the heart of a magnificent preserved rural & natural setting of gentle mountains combining bucolic hilly groves & vast wild forests (protected in "Natura 2000 Zone" & ZNIEFF for its rich ecosystems), overlooking the verdant valley of the Grosne in the hollow of the "Little Switzerland of the Mâconnais" & the "Verts Vallons" of South Burgundy, facing the first foothills of the Beaujolais massif (rich in a vast marked "mountain bike area") extending the sumptuous landscaped jewel of the Roches de Solutré & Vergisson labeled "Grand Site de France", not far from the "Saint-Cyr" mountains & the "Signal de la Mère Boitier" (highest points of South Burgundy) as well as the iconic "Butte de Suin" (offering a literally exceptional 360° view, all the way to Mont-Blanc on a clear day). Ultra-privileged location on the routes of several marked hiking trails in "green walks" (vast network of identical hiking trails crisscrossing the territory, to be explored on foot or by mountain bike), close to the circuit of Romanesque churches, 5 km from the passage of the "Cycloroute71" (Tour of the Saône-et-Loire by bike), 6 km from the GR76, 7 km from the GR7, 14 km from the Green Way of the "Grande Boucle de Bourgogne du Sud" (& the remarkable "Tunnel du Bois Clair", the longest former railway tunnel in France open to a Green Way with its 1.6 km), 17 km from the renowned mountain bike circuit of the "Grand Tour du Massif Sud Bourgogne" labeled "VTT FFC" (GTM attached to a vast "mountain bike area" of the same type crisscrossing the South Burgundy massif), about fifteen km from the first vineyards of the Côtes Mâconnaises (& the renowned "Val Lamartinien") & the "Burgundy Wine Route" and around thirty km from the Beaujolais vineyards (the first vineyard in the world to be recognized as a "UNESCO Global Geopark"). At the crossroads of Tournugeois-Clunisois (labeled "Land of Art & History"), Mâconnais & Charolais-Brionnais (labeled "Land of Art & History", cradle of the AOCs of world-renowned cattle and sheep breeds). Ideal for exploring (RCEA access 5 km): 5 km from the renowned "Lab71" (awareness and discovery center based on sustainable development, science, innovation & culture), 6 km from the renowned Pézanin arboretum (400 species of deciduous & coniferous trees on more than 25 ha, around a bucolic fishing pond), 26 km from La Clayette, 27 km from Charolles, 33 km from Beaujeu (historic capital of Beaujolais), 31 km from Mâcon (Mâcon Loché TGV station 29 km), 39 km from Paray-le-Monial & 50 km from Tournus. Possibility of group rental of the two gîtes on the property (with gîte n°3280) for a total capacity of 15 people. A relaxing "cocoon" full of charm for a rejuvenating "green getaway" with the family, immersed in an idyllic setting!
All operating costs (including heating), sheets, towels, wood for the stove (pleasure fire) and end-of-stay cleaning.
The tourist tax.
