This new holiday home with pool is located in an upscale area of the famous holiday resort of Porec. 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen are at your disposal.
The dining room, a living room and one bedroom with bath are on the ground floor.
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher.
Each bedroom on the first floor has its own terrace.
All house is air-conditioned, every room have SAT-TV and Wi-Fi. The covered terrace on the ground floor offers you refuge from the heat.
There is a big garden with pool, sun loungers and umbrellas. Parking place in fenced garden for 2 cars.
