In a picturesque hillside location on the edge of the forest approx. 3 km above Cremia, on the western shore of the lake.
A sunny idyll with breathtaking views over the lake and the surrounding mountains.
The natural stone house is surrounded by extensive meadows and chestnut woods.
Ideal for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet.
In autumn there are all kinds of mushrooms and seas of chestnuts to be found in the woods.
The large terrace with stone seating area, pergola and brick barbecue is the ideal place to enjoy mild summer evenings with a glass of wine.
Comfortable deckchairs are available.
The garden plot is fenced.
In the winter season, you must bring your own snow chains, as there may be snow and the roads are not cleared of snow.
There is a bathroom with sauna at your disposal.
In San Vito there is a beautiful bay with a gently sloping pebble beach for swimming and surfing.
The Rustico Primlac is furnished in a modern, rustic country house style.
The living area and the kitchen with exposed beams and the bathroom have stone and tiled floors.
Warm wooden floorboards in the sleeping area emphasise the cosy ambience.
Via the natural stone terrace on the mountain side, you enter the large eat-in kitchen with dining area via the house entrance.
The kitchen leads into the bright living area with sofa set.
Bathroom 1 is next to the living area with shower, washbasin and WC.
The country house has two sleeping areas: Sleeping area 1 in the granny annexe with arcade terrace and garden:The living area leads down stairs with 2 double bedrooms (1 and 2) and 1 twin bedroom (3) as well as 2 bathrooms, one of which has a sauna.
The second sleeping area upstairs is accessible via the living room stairs with a twin bedroom (4); the headroom is partially restricted by the sloping roof.
With open roof beams.
The bathrooms have a shower.
The country house is only partially suitable for people with limited mobility and small children - sturdy footwear is recommended.

The location requires more heating in the early and late season, depending on your needs.
Depending on your comfort requirements, the desired temperature and heating of bedrooms etc., heating costs may be above average.
In the wine cellar there is a selection of wines on request.
There is a parking bay for your vehicle approx. 40 m below the property, and you can walk up to your holiday home via a partially illuminated footpath across the adjoining hillside meadow, partly with railings.
Vignettes are required for the mountain roads - the vignette is included for one vehicle - others must be paid for on site.
The following services can be booked in addition: - Internet (per week) € 20 - Towels 10 € per person and stay - Pet 6 € per night Please pay the following costs on site: - Heating according to consumption, only when used 9 € per kWh - Electricity per week 15 € - Late check-in after 8 pm 30 € - Tourist tax € 1.50 per person/day from 15 years up to 10 days A security deposit of EUR 150.00 is to be paid in cash on arrival, the deposit will be returned to you on departure.

Diese Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!
Wenn einem die 15-20 min. Auffahrt von ca. 650 Höhenmetern über eine teilweise schmale und komfortfreie Straße nichts ausmacht, dann ist das traumhaft gelegene Haus ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen.

Das Haus hat eine Top-Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht über den See. Es ist gut ausgestattet und wenn man weiß, dass bei zu vielen E-Geräten die Sicherung schlapp macht, ist das auch kein Problem. Was jedoch unangenehm auffiel, ist die extreme Feuchtigkeit in den Schlafräumen und der damit teilweise muffige Geruch. Ansonsten eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Grosszügiges, sauberes Haus.
Pure Lauffreiheit für den Hund, da Grundstück engmaschig umzäunt. Atemberaubende Aussicht. Tolle Umgebung. Gutes Pizzarestaurant unten am See.
Was fehlt: ein Jacuzzi & ein Kamin für im Haus - dann wäre es das/mein persönliches Paradies;-)
