Our house Llevant is located in the private urbanisation Can Toni Blay (residential complex with exclusive access code for guests), together with the houses Migjorn and Tramontana, 10.3 km from Formentera.

Migjorn beach is 800 metres from the property and can be reached on foot or by car without having to take the main road.

The fishing village of Es Caló de Sant Agustí is 1 km away, next to Ses Platgetes beach, and has restaurants, terraces, chemist, supermarket, cash machine, car hire service and shops.

The maximum capacity of the house Llevant is 4 people.

The price of the stay includes initial cleaning (not daily), bed linen and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one bath mat for each bathroom, one beach wrap per person and welcome gifts).

Towels are changed twice a week for stays longer than one week and bed linen weekly.

Payment must be made in cash on the day of arrival.

RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS:

Check-in is from 16:00 h and check-out must be before 11:00 h. Guests will be notified if they arrive before or leave after the scheduled time.

The water in the house is slightly saline. It is not suitable for direct consumption, but is suitable for cooking and showering.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed in the house.

The house must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered at the time of check-in.

It is strictly forbidden to organise or hold any kind of event in the house, unless specifically authorised by the property manager.
