The house is ideal for two people, but also has an extra bed for a third person.
The interior of the house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a TV, and a bathroom with a shower.
The area of the house is air-conditioned.
The 720 m2 yard is completely fenced and horticulturally landscaped.
There is also a private pool of 30 m2.
In the outdoor area there is a summer kitchen with a barbecue and a terrace equipped with seating, perfect for enjoying barbecued meals during the long summer evenings. 2 parking spaces are available in the yard.
The location is ideal because you can reach the first beach in just a few minutes by car, and the cities of Pula and Vodnjan are ten minutes away by car.
