This special and beautiful stately building was built in 1914.
After several owners, we came to live here as a family in 1994. 15 years ago, the old owner started converting the house with the possibility of renting it out to groups.
Unfortunately, he passed away 10 years ago, after which his son continued the house.
He lives on the top floor of the property in his own apartment.Group accommodation in Noord-Brabant, right in the city center of Eindhoven On the first floor you will find the living room, large dining room and kitchen (with a good DeLonghi bean coffee machine).
All tastefully decorated and not like an average group accommodation.
That is also the approach, the house must convey a personal atmosphere.
On the second floor are 3 beautiful bedrooms, all with box spring beds.
There is room for 6 people and with an extra payment for 7.
On this floor there is also a spacious modern bathroom.
On the 3rd floor is the owner's apartment, which is not accessible.
There is a cozy green and spacious garden in which you can barbecue.
There is space for 1 car to park in the garden.
It is also possible to park 1 car for free in the street.
To do this, the owner can use the parking app.
Discover the city of design, creativity and technologySince the house is so centrally located, arrival by public transport is highly recommended.
It is about a 15-minute walk through the center or 5 minutes by public transport bike.
Given the location of the house, a weekend getaway here is the ideal place.
Especially for family or as a group of friends.
