It is situated in the Torviscas area of Playa De Las Americas, just 250m from the beach and within easy walking distance of supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants. Guests staying at the complex can enjoy the large freshwater free-form swimming pool, complete with a separate children's section, along with ample sunbathing terraces.
This studio apartment, located on the ground floor, provides beautiful ocean views from the sunny terrace and overlooks the pool area as well. Inside the apartment, you will find a sleeping area with two comfortable single beds, as well as a sofa bed (suitable for 2 small children or one older child), a soft chair, and a flat-screen TV offering a selection of English and international satellite channels in the living area.
There is also a dining area, and the kitchenette is equipped with convenient amenities such as a washing machine, a 4-ring hob, a microwave, a fridge, and a kettle, along with all the necessary kitchen utensils. For added comfort, the apartment is fitted with fixed air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Additionally, patio furniture is provided on the terrace, allowing you to relax and enjoy the outdoor space.
The bathroom features a bath with an overhead shower, a wash hand basin, and a WC. Had a great stay at Santa Maria complex.
Santa Maria 41 was fully equipped for self catering stay.
Washing machine was well used though partly due to having one bath and hand towel per guest. With unexpected poor weather first 3 days of week, drying towels was a slight issue but can’t blame the apa...

Our apartment was a perfect location and base for us with the shop, beach and restaurants so close. Being ground floor was brilliant too. It was clean and had the added bonus of a washing machine so w have no dirty washing either.
