Step inside our very spacious one-bedroom home, featuring an open kitchen, one bathroom, a large hallway with a mirrored dressing area + a balcony overlooking the city center.
Our home has been designed for both long-term and short stays.
Here's an overview of the home: • Living Room & Kitchen - Large extendable couch for larger families or friends traveling together. - Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary pans & cooking utensils, large fridge, oven, gas hob, microwave, as well as a Lavazza coffee machine. - High dining table that comfortably seats 4 people. - Retractable TV for comfortable viewing from either the couch or the dining table. - Balcony access to enjoy your morning coffee outside. - AC unit covering the entire living area. • Bedroom - Comfortable Queen-size bed with memory foam mattress. - 43-inch TV for your viewing pleasure, including Netflix access. - Bathroom access. - AC unit covering the entire room. • Bathroom - Large walk-in shower for a comfortable experience. - Hair dryer and a full range of toiletries provided. • Hallway - Large dressing space with mirrored front, big enough to fit your entire family's belongings for a lengthy stay. - Shoe rack & area for hanging outdoor clothes. • Please note that for safety and security reasons, our home features a video doorbell outside the apartment. • Access to the property is strictly limited to the guests included in the reservation.
Unregistered guests are not allowed at any time.
Unauthorized access or high-traffic activity (e.g., gatherings, commercial use) will be charged at the full occupancy rate and may lead to immediate cancellation without refund. • We reserve the right to carry out unannounced inspections of our home if there is suspicion of inappropriate behavior, illegal activities, or possible damage to the space. • If you require the use of the extendable couch during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary bedding.
As this is prepared only upon request, last-minute notices may not guarantee the availability of linens. • If you are booking for commercial purposes (e.g., photoshoots), kindly notify us in advance with the details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary. • Guests are required to complete a Check-In Form prior to their arrival which includes standard information (e.g., emergency contact number, etc.) as well as submitting a photo ID, as required by law, in accordance with art. 3, paragraph D of law nr. 237 from 2001 regarding guest access and registration in tourist structures. • Please note that invoicing is not possible for this home.

Depending on the circumstances (e.g., emergencies, parties, or complaints from neighbors), there may be times when our team requires entry into the home, especially in cases where the guest is unreachable.
Our team will do its best to communicate any such events in advance.

Notre logement est situé en plein cœur de la ville, à proximité de la station Piața Universității. Dans un rayon de 5 minutes, vous trouverez plus de 100 restaurants, clubs et pubs, ainsi que de nombreuses boutiques. Promenez-vous dans le parc Cismigiu, l'un des plus beaux espaces verts de la ville. Tout près de l'appartement, à Piața Universității, vous trouverez une multitude de moyens de transport : bus, taxi, location de vélos et plus encore. Plus important encore, vous constaterez que tout est très proche : parcs, musées et de nombreux restaurants incroyables.
