Cosy holiday home at the bottom of the dunes in Zoutelande, where it is lovely to spend your holiday.
The beaches of Zoutelande are known as the sunniest southern beaches in the Netherlands with the most hours of sunshine! Land and sea offer countless recreational opportunities around Zoutelande: from kite-surfing and stunt flying to undisturbed cycling or hiking along the many nature reserves in the hinterland.
Zeeland has plenty to offer in terms of culture, nature and activities.
Spend a day shopping in Middelburg or Vlissingen.
Dine in one of the many nice restaurants in Zoutelande.
Or discover nature. This cosy holiday home is furnished with all the comforts you want during your holiday.

The open-plan kitchen with large dining table is fully equipped.
For example, a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, oven, cooker and microwave.
There is a washing machine in the adjoining kitchen.
On the ground floor is a large bedroom with 3 single box-spring beds (90x 210 cm) and a large linen cupboard. From the hall, where you will find a guest toilet, you will find the stairs to the 1st floor.
Here is a spacious bedroom with 2 single box-spring beds (90x 210 cm) and a linen cupboard and a third bedroom with single box-spring bed (90x 210 cm) and linen cupboard.
The spacious, modern bathroom has a toilet, sink and walk-in shower.
The air conditioning is located in the staircase hall, allowing you to enjoy cooling throughout the holiday home.
Enjoy space and comfort! From the living room, you step out onto the sunny terrace, which is completely fenced in.
Here you can enjoy the sun while having breakfast or the last rays of sunshine at the end of the day.
You can enjoy the sunshine all day long. Parking is available for 1 car, with permit, in the general car park.
At the back of the house is a small terrace (not enclosed) where you can easily store bicycles. Wir waren zu vier mit unseren Freunden in diesem Ferienhaus. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauer, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage sehr angenehm, Fussnähe zum Strand und nach Zoutelande. Das Bad könnte etwas größer sein. Die Gastgeber waren sehr, sehr freundlich und haben auf Anfragen prompt reagiert.

Heerlijk terras, afgeschermd, huis is voorzien van alle gemakken. Strand en dorp op loopafstand en de omgeving is prachtig!
