The large and bright three-room apartment "Kalithea" is located on the ground floor and is equipped with every comfort: Wi-fi, air conditioning, smart TV, kitchen equipped with induction hob, washing machine.
It has a bright living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with glass shower, a double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds.
Private parking space available right in front of the house.
The apartment is convenient to all services and the historic center of Garda can be easily reached on foot in about ten minutes.
Its position facilitates visits to the most famous places on the lake, such as Garda, Bardolino, Lazise.
Convenient for reaching the theme parks of Gardaland, Movieland, Canevaworld, Jungle Park and panoramic points of interest such as the Rocca di Garda, the wonderful Punta San Vigilio and the Baia delle Sirene Park. 🔎 Regarding the security deposit: a security deposit of 300 euros for apartments and 500 euros for villas via credit card is required as a guarantee for the apartment.
