Sauberkeit Wohnung verbesserungsbedürftig. Anlage, in der die Wohnung ist, ist dreckig. Wohnung ist abends bis spät in die Nacht (4 Uhr morgens) sehr laut, da unmittelbar mehrere Diskotheken
