This holiday home is a charming place where you can enjoy nature in peace. From the south-facing living room, you overlook a large garden with mature trees and an old pear tree, in which an owl box hangs. Early in the morning or late in the evening, you often see the female owl here, and sometimes the larger male. From May to July, there's extra activity when the young owls learn to jump and fly. With a little patience, you can even attract the young owls closer to the house by moving the mealworm feeding table a little each day. The 500m² garden extends into a private 300m² orchard, which is entirely at your disposal. Inside, you'll find a comfortable bedroom with a generous 210x180cm box spring, and in the living room, a well-sprung 140x200cm sofa bed, ideal for a third guest. The use of ecological materials exudes warmth and character. This ensures a comfortable stay here in all seasons. Its rural location makes this accommodation a wonderful base for long walks and bike rides through the Brabant countryside. The cities of 's-Hertogenbosch, Breda, and Tilburg are also within easy reach, allowing you to fill your days with peace and nature, as well as culture and conviviality.

This National Park is one of the largest sand dune areas in Western Europe, but you will also find beautiful forest and moorland landscapes and it is also extremely suitable for hiking, cycling and mountain biking. National Park De Biesbosch is also nearby, a watery nature and recreation area. Would you like to spend a day shopping? Then visit the cosy Brabant towns of Tilburg or Den Bosch, where you can also enjoy many restaurants and cafés.

Met recht een ‘heerlijk huisje ‘!
Alles was aanwezig en we mochten zelfs een extra fiets lenen.
De omgeving is mooi om te fietsen, de knooppunten zijn vlakbij het huisje. De Loonse en Drunense duinen zijn waard om naartoe te gaan. Basis winkels vind je in Kaatsheuvel zelf, een kilometer of twee, meer winkels zijn in Waalwijk.
